Last year, I got my PPR submission request including the height and eye colour request from IRCC. My husband filed my permanent residence application himself. I searched a lot on the internet about whether there is any form for submitting this sort of information. Luckily one of my friends had gone through the process. They applied using an agent. After contacting her, I found out that we just need to make a document with all the information about the file including the height and eye colour. So my hubby made this template. I filled the data and took a printout and sent it with other required documents for visa stamping. And guess what?
I got my passport with visa stamping within 10 days.
