Hi, i’m sharing my hemorrhoids experience that i got during my pregnancy. When i was 4 months pregnant, hemorrhoids took their place. Trust me, they were so annoying. I talked about it to my doctor. she gave me a prescription and told me to try a home remedy. And that home remedy is :- take a cotton cloth (size of a pad) then put salt and water on it and keep it on hemorrhoids for 15-20 mins. I tried and guess what? It worked. I used the prescription and home remedy both. It gave me relief from hemorrhoids pain and swelling. Now, just take a quick look on hemorrhoids details :-

  4. Chronic diarrhea: Frequent diarrhea can cause strain and increase the pressure on the veins in the anus and rectum.

Treatment of Hemorrhoids:

  1. Lifestyle changes: Eating a high-fiber diet, drinking plenty of water, and avoiding long periods of sitting or standing can help prevent the development of hemorrhoids.
  2. Over-the-counter creams and ointments: These can help soothe the itching and burning associated with hemorrhoids.
  3. Sitz baths: Soaking in warm water for 10-15 minutes can help relieve the pain and itching associated with hemorrhoids.
  4. Medications: Anti-inflammatory drugs can help relieve the pain and swelling associated with hemorrhoids.
  5. Surgery: In severe cases, surgery may be necessary to remove the hemorrhoids.

It is important to see a doctor if you experience rectal bleeding, persistent pain, or have difficulty passing stools. These symptoms may indicate a more serious condition and may require medical intervention.
